Here’s what actually makes a difference:
• When you sit, keep your feet flat and your screen at eye level. If your head is forward, your neck is doing way more work than it should
• Your upper back and core matter more than you think. If they’re weak, your shoulders round, and your lower back takes the hit
• Get up and move every 30 to 60 minutes. Even a quick stretch resets your spine more than you’d expect
• Pay attention to where you hold tension. A lot of people in our area carry it in their shoulders and upper back without realizing it

Back pain usually builds slowly from these habits, not from one random moment. The upside is you can fix a lot of it with small changes you make every day.

Take care of your posture now so your back isn’t the thing slowing you down later.
