Weekends don’t ruin recovery.
Lack of a plan does.

Failing to plan is planning to fail — so pause, prepare, and protect your peace this weekend.
Reach out. Stay connected. You’re not alone. 💪🏼

Behind every conversation, every cup of coffee, and every step forward in recovery is a real person who cares deeply. Our staff shows up daily with compassion, honesty, faith, and hope—meeting people exactly where they are.

Recovery doesn’t happen alone, and neither does this work. 🤍
We’re grateful for a team that truly believes change IS possible!!🙌🏼

Loving difficult people isn’t about being perfect—it’s about choosing grace when it’s hard.
May we extend that same grace to others… and to ourselves. 🙏
Grace changes everything.❤️

This past winter storm reminded us of something important about recovery.🌨️❄️

Storms don’t ask permission before they arrive. They disrupt routines, create discomfort, and force us to slow down. Recovery can feel the same way. Some seasons are calm… and some feel like white-knuckle moments where you’re just trying to stay upright.

But weathering a storm isn’t about pretending it isn’t hard. It’s about preparing, staying connected, and not traveling alone. We stock up before a storm. We check on our people. We stay off the roads when it’s unsafe.

Recovery works the same way.

If you’re in a storm right now—emotionally, mentally, or spiritually—you’re not failing. You’re weathering. And storms always pass.

Reach out. Stay connected. Help is here. 🤍

You’re not alone—even on snow days. ❄️

Your story matters.
The places where you were once broken are often the very places God uses to bring healing to others.
What you’ve survived can become someone else’s hope.
At Lane Change, we believe restoration has purpose—and your testimony can change lives. 🤍
We would love to hear how God has moved in your life lately!

Goodbye 2025.
Hello 2026.
With grateful hearts and hopeful minds—we believe the best is yet to come. ✨ God is still moving. Lives are still changing. Hope is still very much alive.🤍

⭐️During 2025, we were able to provide over 350 Laclede County residents with FREE recovery support services through groups, counseling/therapy, peer support, and case management.

⭐️We had over 3,500 sign-ins for support groups, over 1,500 peer support hours and a total of over 5,000 hours of FREE recovery support services.

⭐️We provided multiple outreach events that allowed our recovery community to enjoy food, fellowship, and fun in recovery.

⭐️We were also able to continue our recovery support services at the Laclede County Detention Center. Those services included recovery support groups, peer support, substance use evaluations, and coordination/transportation to treatment.

⭐️We must also mention we continued meeting with students weekly at Hillcrest School for our Youth Support Group.

⭐️AND we also started construction of Shayla's Lighthouse! Shayla's Lighthouse is a women's residential discipleship program, located here in Lebanon. We hope to have it open this summer 2026!

The work we did this year would not have been possible without the support of our community and we are thankful we get to serve our community!🙌🏼

A sober New Year means clarity, connection, and choosing recovery one day at a time.

Whether this is your first sober New Year or your fifteenth, it matters!
Every sober choice is a victory worth celebrating. We’re cheering you on. 🙌🏼

Happy Sober New Year from all of us.✨
