Two Updates to Medicaid Waiver Case Management Organization (CMO) Changes:

- If your CMO was not selected to continue to provide services, a new CMO MUST be selected by July 15, 2026. If a new CMO is not selected, you will be auto-assigned to an approved CMO.
- Aging & In-Home Service of Northeast Indiana WILL provide services statewide.
