Here comes the cold! Well, actually, it is already here, but will feel even colder tomorrow morning, with wind chills below zero degrees. Make sure to dress in layers if you go outside, including a hat, gloves, and something to cover your face. The cold also means little to no melting of snow and ice, or refreezing of any snow/ice that has melted from road treatments. Slow down when driving tomorrow morning.
