HIV HCV Resource Center

HIV HCV Resource Center We offer case management services to people living with HIV, prevention/education information, syringe services, and HIV and Hepatitis C testing.

We serve folks in Orange & Windsor Counties in VT and Grafton & Sullivan Counties in NH. We've been around for almost 30 years; most people know us by our old name, A Community Resource Network (ACoRN). In 2011 we changed our name to better reflect what we do.

A few pictures of some yummy meals a client made by utilizing our food pantry. Our HIV and SSP (Syringe Service Program) clients are able to utilize the food pantry as needed. It is always so nice to see what they come up with for meals. Were grateful for the New Hampshire Food Bank and Willing Hands deliveries.

Our agency is happy to accept food donations! Food flies off the shelves so quickly now a days. Some of our SSP clients are experiencing houselessness. Please see below a list of helpful items.

Water
Canned food (pop top lids)
Granola bars/Fruit snacks
Soft foods (for those that may have dental issues)
Jerky
Nuts
bagged rice or meals (microwavable)
Condiments
Food cards

Thank you!
