This week, The Waters of Lebanon team had a blast at the BCSSI-Boone County Senior Services, Inc. Senior Olympics! 🎉

We especially loved bowling at the Lebanon Bowling Center, where we proudly sponsored the venue for the 10th year in a row. Congrats to our very own Bobby and Mary for bringing home silver and bronze medals 🥈🥉—and cheers to the whole team for making new friendships and unforgettable memories!

Our big goal this week? Win the Spirit Award—and we DID! 🏆

Most importantly, we celebrated coming together, feeling a sense of purpose, and belonging—making this Olympics truly unforgettable. 💙

Thanks to our friend, Mr. Barrickman, we had the pleasure of working with some farm-fresh sweet corn! Our residents rolled up their sleeves, got to shucking, and enjoyed every bite — a perfect reminder that food always tastes better when you’re part of the process.

We LOVE when The Arc of Greater Boone County Arc Artisans stop by— it’s always a good time filled with laughter, creativity, and some seriously awesome artwork. This visit was all about finger painting and making new friends. We’re already counting down to the next one! 🎨🖐️

Gardening, Good Vibes, & A Little Rock ‘N’ Roll! 🪴

Our residents had a blast potting plants to brighten up their rooms — and each flower got a very special name, including all the Beatles! From George to Ringo, our green thumbs were feeling groovy. 🎸

Our Resident Council was proud to deliver backpacks filled with school supplies to Hattie B. Stokes Elementary yesterday! 🎒🍎 It’s an honor to support our local students and help set them up for a successful school year. 💛 Thank you to Mrs. Walters and Mrs. Rhodes for welcoming us with open arms — we’re always grateful for this special partnership!

Yesterday, Brenda, our Resident Council VP, rolled out the Sly Dog Snack Cart! She treated everyone to freshly popped popcorn from the Activities Department and ice-cold soda while they played bingo. 🍿🥤
