Part-Time | 20 hrs/week | Every other Saturday
Optimized Senior Living is looking for a creative, energetic Activities Coordinator to lead meaningful daily engagement, plan monthly activities, and build strong community connections for our residents at our Lebanon, OH location.
What You’ll Do:
✨ Plan and lead fun daily and monthly activities for residents
✨ Create individualized 1:1 engagement plans
✨ Coordinate and schedule volunteers and community groups
✨ Communicate supply needs to the Director of Nursing
✨ Assist with occasional ADLs, meal prep, and hydration
✨ Respond to resident alerts promptly
✨ Maintain a clean, safe, positive environment
✨ Follow documentation standards and OSL policies
