Hi yoga friends! Whitney R. Simpson here with an update and question for you….

Yoga anyone? 🫶🏻

Writing (which arrives in May!) and campus ministry have filled all of my vocational hours this past year. It’s been wonderful! Now with the book nearing launch (eek!), and me finding a rhythm with our college students (whom I LOVE!), it’s time to teach yoga again. Yep. I’ll be starting an in-person all levels chair yoga class at in late October on Thursdays at 9 AM and also offer an online option for our community! Details for the in person class are posted now at www.exploringpeace.com/yoga and the rest will be in your in box this week. Not on my email list? You can comment/DM for info too.

Did someone say waterfalls and sunshine?!?

Fun fact: Leighanne got married this summer in a town super close to where Whitney grew up. When we hiked this waterfall (a spot Whitney also visited as a kid), her South Carolina accent was loud and clear! It was a fun 🤩 moment and made for a good memory.
