I grew Arugula this year.. Come to find out it helps with eyesight! It smells horrible but taste pretty good. I've grown it for years. This is first time I've ever wondered why I keep growing it but never really used it, until now!! The health benefits are astounding!!

I thought this book was lost! My ex mother in law gifted me this book years ago. This book contains the nutritional value of wild food vs garden vegetables. Written by Alma Christensen aka (Lady of the Woods). Not an easy book to find! So happy to have found it and now to put it to use!

Im pretty excited. Next spring we will be starting our lil farm! I have had this dream for years!!! I will have many herbs and plants for sale. Eventually health & beauty products. Starting small and work my way up!!

The beautiful Lactarius Indigo Mushroom.
Turns green when you cook it.
Taste better than a Chanterelle mushroom.
(In my opinion).
I am going to play around with these in the kitchen.
