At Embassy of Lebanon, we provide compassionate short- and long-term care, memory care, and rehabilitation. We strive to give you all the comforts of home without the stress. Our 79-bed facility is conveniently located off Columbus Avenue, so our patients have access to the surrounding community businesses and activities. We offer private and semi-private rooms of various sizes to suit your expectations. Our care team is fully staffed with RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants, and therapists. These staff members work 24/7 to develop and maintain treatment catered explicitly for you by working your medical history and needs into a comprehensive care plan.

Let's give a big welcome to our Medical Director Dr. Abraham Kuranga, M.D., "Dr. K"

Dr. Kuranga is a compassionate and highly experienced physician with over a decade of service in the medical field. He is double board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and a Geriatric Specialist.

Dr. Kuranga is a proud graduate of Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. His broad clinical background includes extensive experience caring for medically complex and vulnerable patients, particularly within skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Dr. Kuranga is currently on staff at Tri-Health Hospitals in Cincinnati, Cincinnati Regional Hospital, Liberty Rehabilitation Hospital and Premier Hospitals in Dayton, Ohio.

Dr. Kuranga is committed to enhancing the quality of life and promoting dignity, comfort and wellness for every patient under his care.

Lebanon Health Care Center is a place you or your loved one can call home. From the beautifully landscaped grounds, to the carefully planned activities – this is a great community to join.
