I think service is my love language. It's what I do. I'm not grieving, I'm not sad, it's something that happened, I know we're in for a fight if we want to protect women's rights.

I taught yoga today, and it felt good to bring people relief and some balance. And I'm here to do more of that.

Yoga is online! Starting next Tuesday, 11/12 at 4:30pm Pacific time. $13 via PayPal or VenMo. If you want to give more, that's appreciated. I'm keeping the price low to make it more accessible.

We'll do breathwork, chanting, mudra (hand gestures), and, of course, posture. Plus, you'll get a little yoga philosophy framework.
