Juniper Village at Lebanon is a three building campus conveniently located in South Lebanon Township, just east of the city of Lebanon. Our personal care community features 81 private and semi-private rooms, each with private bath, kitchenettes, and individually controlled heating and cooling. Our independent senior living community is located right next door and features 40 large, bright one and two bedroom apartments. We have apartments located both on the ground floor and on the second floor, for those who still want the exercise of stairs! Unlike many other independent living communities in the area, there is no upfront buy-in for our apartments. We offer a simple lease agreement with the comfort of knowing that if you need it, our personal care community is just a few steps away.

If you've ever walked through our doors, you've likely been greeted by Patty's warm smile and positive energy. As the welcoming face of our community, she sets the tone for everyone who visits.

What an inspiring effort from our Juniper community! Residents helped support local students by making nearly 1,000 handmade bookmarks for the United Way of Lebanon County's "Stuff the Bus" drive.

Each bookmark is a heartfelt gesture meant to inspire young learners as they head into the new school year. We're so proud of everyone who "lent a hand" to make a difference!

In addition to crafting these thoughtful gifts, Juniper was proud to serve as a collection site for school supplies-helping ensure students across Lebanon County are equipped and ready to learn.

Our Night Wonders of Astronomy event was a cosmic triumph! A huge thank you to Ron and Crystal Bolton, passionate amateur astronomers, and owners of Night Wonders of Astronomy for bringing their own 24-foot inflatable planetarium dome. Residents, families, and guests of all ages were invited inside the dome to explore the stars, constellations, and celestial stories in a one-of-a-kind immersive experience. Our dining services team joined in on the galactic fun with “out-of-this-world” refreshments-including: Moon Rock Cookies, Rocket Fuel Punch, and Planet-Aligned Veggies and Cheese. It was a stellar day of learning, laughter, and cosmic connection-all right here on Earth.

Our Juniper garden is bursting with life, and we're so excited to see it flourish! We've got the tiniest cucumbers starting, a couple of big sweet peppers (soon to be vibrant red, orange, and yellow!), adorable little tomatoes, bright flowers, and fragrant basil. We can't wait for these veggies to grow big enough to enjoy!

Soon, we'll even be adding fresh compost to our garden, straight from our very own composter! You can see Sue and Ralph pictured here diligently rotating and watering the plants.

Confession time: We might have been a little too eager when starting plants from seeds! Turns out, you're actually supposed to follow directions and just put one seed in every pot. Oops! We now have over 20 cucumber plants, 20 tomato plants, and more basil plants than we can count!

So, if anyone is looking for a cucumber, tomato, or basil plant, we definitely have more than we know what to do with! Let us know!

There’s nothing like the taste of summer fresh off the grill!

Residents and their guests enjoyed a delicious outdoor meal featuring herbed grilled chicken, sweet corn on the cob and garden-fresh grilled vegetables-all cooked to perfection under the evening sky by Luis and Gabby.

Each year, hundreds of children across Lebanon County head back to school without the basic supplies they need to start the year strong. That’s where Stuff the Bus comes in — and where YOU can make a difference. Juniper Village at Lebanon is partnering with the United Way of Lebanon County to collect needed school supplies for local children. There is a collection box located inside the vestibule of the Village. The collections box will be picked up on Friday, July 25th.

Drop off your school supplies (like bookbags, pencils, pens, tablets, crayons, folders, and colored pencils) and then stay for our incredible "Night Wonders of Astronomy" inflatable planetarium event on Thursday, July 17th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM in The Club.
