This week we are celebrating an amazing LPN, Lexi. Our community has been blessed with her as a team member for 3 years. Lexi says that she loves the genuine connection she has with our residents and it's a privilege to care for them each day. She takes pride in advocating for our residents and being a steady, compassionate presence during their most vulnerable moments. She is motivated by any challenges to lead head-on with empathy and strength, always focused on providing the best care possible. We appreciate all that you do, Lexi! Thank you!

✨Employee Spotlight✨
This week's employee spotlight is a little different - I'm usually the one behind the scenes creating these posts. I was asked by our team to step into the spotlight. I'm Kara, I work in Human Resources here at Quality Center, and some may say my favorite part of the job is being fed the yummy employee meals - but my absolute favorite part is getting to support the amazing people who make this place feel like home. Every single day, I'm inspired by our staff. They are true heroes with special souls.
I may be the one posting the spotlights, but they are the ones who make this place shine! 💛
