This week we are proud to spotlight one of our amazing Nursing Unit Managers, Tiffanie. For nearly 13 years, Tiffanie has been a valued part of our Quality Center team. Her hard work and dedication make a difference every day for not just our residents but also our staff. Her favorite part about working at Quality Center is how her coworkers make it feel like home.

Drake, one of our incredible CNAs, was nominated by his coworkers for always stepping in to help wherever he's needed. He truly represents teamwork and compassion. Drake says his favorite part of working at Quality Center is the positive environment - and most of all, the residents, who make every day meaningful. We're so grateful to have him on our team! We're proud to recognize our amazing discharge nurse, LeeAnn!
As our discharge nurse, LeeAnn plays a vital role in ensuring smooth transitions of care, helping residents and their families feel supported, informed and confident as they move to the next step in their journey. She says her favorite part of working at Quality Center is the progress our residents make through therapy. Watching them come in on a stretcher and walk out the door to go home brings her so much joy.
