We are deeply saddened and devastated over the news of the passing of our dear friend and partner, Chef Anne Burrell.

Our dream to change food in healthcare came to fruition alongside Chef Anne, bringing delicious, nutritious meals to our patients with new menus that brought fun and flair for every diet and appetite, ensuring our patients only ever receive excellence.

Chef Anne was a friend to every resident and patient, a kind leader and mentor to every team member, her dedication to this project and the vision we shared were profound.

Together, in her honor, we will continue to incorporate all that she taught us to honor her legacy throughout the CareRite family.

We remember and hold close to our hearts her upbeat spirit, her light that beamed in every room, and her endless hugs for all.

Chef Anne, we cherish you, and collectively we honor your legacy and impact, both inside and outside of the kitchen- a fiery spirit, beloved mentor, and culinary icon whose passion forever flavors our hearts.

Lebanon Center celebrates our incredible team members at our 3rd annual Employee Appreciation Banquet! ⭐️

Good food, good fun and good fellowship abound as we celebrate each employee present.
This years banquet saw us recognizing over 250 years of combined service to our Lebanon Center Community.
The grand finale was the announcement of Employee of the Year, which is voted on by our team members.

This year’s award goes to Tammie Logue in our Housekeeping/Laundry Department. Tammie herself is responsible for 28 years of the 250 service hours.
All in all, this evening was such a success that we are already looking forward to next year!

Thank you all for all you do 💙
