Setting achievable, realistic goals helps you stay motivated and track progress over time. Remember, progress is not always linear, and everyone’s path is different. Small, consistent steps add up and bring you closer to your objectives.

Take a moment to review your goals for the year, celebrate what you’ve accomplished, and adjust what’s needed to keep moving forward.
