If you’re navigating sobriety, know that you can participate in the festivities without compromising your recovery. Consider attending alcohol-free events, bringing a sober friend for support, having a nonalcoholic beverage in hand, or planning an early exit if you need one. Most importantly, protect your peace.
Celebrating should never come at the expense of your well-being.
