Some people hear "relaxation massage" and think candles and spa music.
But here is what is actually happening:

That is measurable physiological change.
Calming the nervous system is not a luxury. It is vital.
The longer our nervous systems stay in fight or flight mode, the more unnecessary cortisol is released in our bodies.
We know that the more excess cortisol we have, the more likely we are to be inflamed, diseased, and overweight.
We live in an era of information, so of course you know all of this.
