We love celebrating victories, and today we’re cheering for Lynn! 💪✨ Lynn is a very active person who enjoys swimming, golf lessons, and a holistic lifestyle with her friends. She came to us following a fall that required surgery, having a clear goal in mind: Get stronger and get back home to the life she loves. 🏡

With her true fighter spirit, she partnered closely with our incredible physical therapy and nursing teams, showing determination, positivity, and perseverance every step of the way. In December, Nancy Lietz was eating in her bed when she started choking.
