I like to think that social media isn’t my strong suit and just maybe the practice of medicine takes precedence. While expressing gratitude behind the scene to our outstanding WHNP, I’ve been neglectful in announcing her seemless assimilation into the practice. We are incredibly grateful to have Alli on our team. She worked alongside Dr. Terri prior to her retirement and I am enjoying the opportunity to collaborate closely with her on all of your care. It’s important to us here at Colene Arnold, MD Gynecology & Associates that you are heard, your concerns are validated and that we stand by you in your efforts to make your time on this planet the best it can be. I’m proud to welcome Alli into our fold.
Respectfully ,
Colene Arnold, MD
Allison Chulada, MSN, WHNP-BC
Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
Alli is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who is proud to join Dr. Colene
Arnold Gynecology and Associates, where she shares Dr. Arnold’s commitment to
patient-centered care. With over a decade of bedside nursing experience—ranging from
rehabilitation, medical-surgical, and most recently, labor and delivery at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, she brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion to her role.
From an early age, Alli felt a deep passion for helping others, and she has been devoted to
women’s and gender-related health since falling in love with the field during nursing school.
After earning her BSN from the University of New Hampshire, she went on to complete her
Master of Science in Nursing at Frontier Nursing University and became certified by the National
Certification Corporation (NCC) as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
Alli provides comprehensive routine and problem-focused gynecologic, reproductive, and sexual
health care to people of all genders and across all stages of life. Her inclusive and affirming
approach is rooted in shared decision-making and holistic care. She believes that the best
outcomes come from working collaboratively with her patients and other providers to find
solutions that align with their values, comfort, and unique health goals.
A strong advocate for trauma-informed care, Alli ensures that every patient is seen, heard, and
supported. She takes time to listen and respects each person's pace. Her practice includes
annual and problem gynecologic exams, contraception counseling, menopause management, support for sexual health issues, chronic condition management, and education on a wide range of women’s and gender-related health topics and preventative measures.
Above all, Alli strives to create a safe, respectful space for every individual she cares
for—especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community and anyone who may have felt unseen in
traditional healthcare settings. She is honored to walk alongside her patients on their health
journeys and to be part of a team that truly values compassionate, collaborative care.
When she’s not in the office, Alli enjoys spending time with her family and friends, soaking up
the sun outdoors– whether with a book on the beach or on a long walk or run, and traveling to
new places. She also loves to recharge by practicing yoga and meditation
