✨ Yin Yoga is officially on the schedule✨
🌙Wednesdays at 6:45pm with Beth 🌙
Yin is a slow, meditative practice that works deep into the body's connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, tendons, joint capsules) to improve mobility, restore energetic flow, and cultivate real inner stillness.
Almost entirely floor-based, each pose is held for 2 to 5 minutes, letting gravity do the work instead of muscular effort. You may notice mild sensation or a gentle edge of stretch and learn to breathe through that is as much a part of the practice as the poses themselves.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin works along the body's meridian lines to encourage the smooth flow of qi. This makes it as much an energetic practice as a physical one.
