About Adhara
Adhara, (pronounced aDARa) in Sanskrit means to hold and support at a foundational level. So many of us have never been supported in a way that recognizes our experiences and feelings as important, and our bodies and its messages as sacred and wise. When we feel grounded and safe in our body we can have deeper levels of joy, connection, satisfaction and aliveness. In all of the sessions I offer, you will be guided toward a deeper experience of yourself, and will be offered tools of transformation that you can apply to your everyday life. It’s my belief that sacred-self care, and self knowledge are not luxuries, but necessities in these chaotic and stressful times. When we are giving ourselves the love and care we truly need, to fill our cups to overflowing, we can then be of greater service in the world.
