One of the hardest parts about starting therapy can be the idea that you have to be “struggling enough” to deserve support.
The truth is, therapy isn’t only for crisis moments. Sometimes it’s for the people who are holding everything together on the outside while quietly feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, stuck, or disconnected underneath it all.
It can also just be a space to breathe, process, learn healthier coping tools, and feel a little less alone while navigating life. 💚
There’s no “right” reason to start therapy. You’re allowed to seek support simply because you want things to feel better.
