More affordable rental housing is coming to Pittsburgh thanks to the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA). Together, these LIHTC investments will create or preserve 330 housing units, 309 of which will be affordable, offering meaningful housing options for our low-income neighbors. We are proud to announce that our Wesley Pioneer Apartment Building, managed by NDC Asset Management, has received the "Best of the Best: Federally Funded Housing" award from the Apartment Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh!

This prestigious recognition celebrates our shared commitment to quality, innovation, and community impact in affordable housing.

NDC, the management company for Pioneer Apartments, submitted the nomination, and we are honored to see the building recognized among the best in the region.
