Well, another year has ended and a new one has begun. Hopefully a little brighter and prosperous. Still trying to get that one more deer for the freezer, and food for the dogs (make canned dog food out of the scraps). Got a small button buck during senior season (yes, I'm old! LOL), but need another one so the dogs will continue to eat good this next year. How'd everyone do with their turkey hunting this year? Didn't get out (no turkeys around!), and too busy with the calls. I know I keep saying this, but this will be the last year for the turkey call business. Have strikers left, but the box calls are all sold, slates are dwindling down, and have run out of some strikers. If you or someone you know is wanting to get some strikers (especially ones you don't have), get them now, because I'm not making any more. (just selling the inventory I have). Have been in the business for 27 years now, and I think most people have gotten what they want. I so value all the repeat customers, as well as the new ones, and it has been a privledge to have the following I have. Still have listings on Ebay, but did discontinue the website, so if you see something you want on Ebay, give me a call, or an email, and I'll get you a better deal. Now with all that said and done, I hope everyone has a blessed new year. Good Hunting.

So, how'd everyone do with spring turkey? Not too much success around here. Hubby out almost every day, but had rain most days, so hunting season really crappy. Hope you have a wonderful summer, enjoy those picnics with all that wonderful food, and congratulations to all the new grads. Good Hunting!

Well, PA Spring turkey season is in full force here, and haven't heard much successful hunting going on! Have been selling a LOT of my wormy curly maple pocket slates, and I am down now to a handful. (1 grey & 4 red), so if you're thinking of getting one better get it now, because I don't think there will be any more. Box calls are all gone, and some variety of strikers are sold out, so what I have is what you get!! My Ebay listings are up to date, but if you find something you like on the site, just give me a call and we'll get you all set up. I don't take credit cards on line, but I do take Paypal.

Well, tomorrow is the first day of Spring and that means Spring Gobbler Season is just around the corner. I lose track of the southern states' seasons, but I know it's soon. Been selling a whole bunch of the curly wormy maple pocket slates, and a lot of strikers, which I think is wonderful!! Keep it up! LOL! This will probably be the last year for the business. Only have 2 box calls left, and there won't be anymore. Have taken down the website, because they increased the cost by 300%! So you can call me or buy from my Ebay site. (you'll save some money if you call me!!)) I am always willing to sell out of the house too, so if you are in Western PA, give me a call and stop in and "play". I hope everyone that hunts has a prosperous season as well as a safe one. If you do happen to get a bird with one of my calls, take a picture of the bird with the call, send a little write up, and I'll post is on this site. Keep safe & Good Hunting!
