Are you ready for a new normal? Are anxiety, intrusive thoughts, hoarding behaviors, agoraphobia, OCD, ADHD, or depression making it hard to function or feel like yourself? Feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? I help teens and adults navigate life’s changes and begin finding a new normal. Change can be scary, but you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll build skills, increase flexibility, and create a life that feels more aligned and manageable.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build practical tools for emotion regulation and mindset shifts. I’m also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help you reduce avoidance, face fears gradually, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Clients often describe me as real, authentic, and supportive-while still action-oriented. I incorporate therapeutic humor and focus on helping you create new habits so you can feel unstuck. My goal is to help you accept yourself, build sustainable coping skills, and step confidently into your new normal.
