They may look simple, but most people lose the benefit by letting their hips sag or spike up. If you can’t control the position, you’re not training your core.

Stay stacked, stay braced, and stay tight. Remember, quality tension > just surviving the timer.

This is not how you do band walks! 🚫

They might look simple, but if your hips shift and your torso rocks, you’re missing the point.

Stay tall, keep tension on the band, and drive your knees out. Slow, controlled reps > rushing.

The rowing machine looks simple, but most people lose power by overlooking ankle and hip mobility. If you can’t get into the right positions, you can’t generate force the right way.

Stay tight through your core, push through your feet, and drive with your legs before finishing with your mid-back.

Most people rush the pull and miss where the work should actually come from. 🤷‍♂️
