We ended ICE CREAM month with a "chilly" ice cream gathering in our demo kitchen. We love creating our own desserts and then enjoying them with friends!

We celebrated Disability Independence Day with an Empower Me Wheelchair and Walker Wash Party. We were so excited for today's weather since we've had to postpone this event due to extreme heat. Today was awesome! We had residents from all 3 neighborhoods join us for our party!! Thank you Katie for the beautiful balloon arch! We had music, bubbles, and air fresheners for all our customers!

Huge shout out to our Resident Services Coordinator, Alexis, for leading our Arrow App Training today after Bingo. It is so wonderful to see more people attending this event to assist with the questions about successfully utilizing the Arrow App! Mel and The Princeton Senior Living Ambassadors ventured out to One Good Meal as part of our Outreach Program. Several of our residents baked dozens of cookies and we delivered them to Martin Luther Lutheran Church this morning. To our surprise we walked in and found one of our own residents volunteering! One Good Meal is a non for profit privately owned organization, that had been providing meals for the community for 30 years. Their volunteers deliver over 140 meals a week to the elderly and homebound in Lee's Summit and surrounding communities. Mel volunteered for over a year delivering meals, and felt this program is worthy of our outreach goals!
