You followed me for kettlebells. So why am I talking about food?
Honest answer: after years of coaching, I kept seeing the same pattern. People training hard, moving well — but their eating habits quietly working against everything they were building in the gym.
I get it personally. Playing offensive line in college and the NFL, I had to force-feed myself to stay over 300 lbs. When I retired, the training stopped — but the eating habits didn't.
That experience, combined with the master's degree in addictions counseling I'm currently finishing, is what I'm bringing to the Mindful Eating Summer Reset.
