Over the weekend I had the chance to complete Level 1 Training in Cache, OK with and the crew at Viking Vinyasa Fitness 💪
At events like this (yoga trainings, movement workshops, etc.) I usually end up as the token dude 😅 — and honestly, I don’t mind. Each time I learn something that makes me a better coach and athlete.
Here’s what I want my Warrior Wellness Crew to take away: lifting heavy and hitting HIIT sessions is great, but without mobility and flexibility work you’re leaving a huge gap in your fitness.
This stuff is what keeps you strong, healthy, and functional for the long haul — and it’s going to be a big part of what we bring into the studio.
