🎯 It’s Back | Thursday, May 14

The Peace Partnership Sporting Clay Tournament is back, and it’s one of our favorite days of the year. A day filled with great shooting, great food, and even better company.

And yes… the swag bags and raffle prizes everyone talks about are back, and just as good as you’ve come to expect.

It’s a chance to step away from the day to day, enjoy time with people you like, and be part of something that truly supports our community and access to affordable mental health care.

January often reveals what the busy seasons help us ignore.

When the pace slows, many people notice fatigue, heaviness, or restlessness that was easy to push aside before. This does not mean something is wrong. It is a normal response to transition and change.

What helps most in seasons like this is not forcing motivation, but creating steadiness. Returning to regular sleep and wake times. Getting a bit of daylight each day. Moving the body in simple ways. Paying attention to what drains energy instead of restores it. Giving yourself one small thing to look forward to.

These are not quick fixes. They are grounding practices that help people regain clarity and momentum over time.

January is not a problem to solve. It is a season many people move through. And moving through it with patience and intention is often exactly what helps.
