April is Autism Awareness Month, and we want to take a moment to recognize the individuals and families whose lives are impacted by autism each and every day.

For many, this is not just something recognized for one month. It is part of daily life, daily rhythms, daily challenges, and daily victories. It is learning, adapting, persevering, and loving well through moments that may be unseen by others.

This month is about more than awareness. It is a reminder to lead with greater compassion, deeper understanding, and a heart that is willing to slow down, listen, and care well.

To those navigating autism personally, and to the families walking alongside them, we see you. We honor your strength, your perseverance, and the love you carry.

This Autism Awareness Month, may we grow in understanding, choose kindness more freely, and support one another with patience, care, and grace. 💙

That is why this matters.

What felt heavy on Friday is now answered with hope.
What looked broken was not the end of the story.
What seemed buried has risen in victory.

Easter is the reminder that darkness does not win.
Death does not win.
Despair does not win.

The stone was rolled away, not just for Him, but for us too.
For every heart that has felt weary.
For every person who has wondered if hope could rise again.
For every life that has needed the reminder that God still makes a way.

The cross was never the end.
The grave was never the end.
Jesus rose, and because He lives, we have hope, freedom, and the promise that even the hardest chapters are not where the story has to end.

Sunday changed everything.
He is risen. 🤍

There’s something about today that quiets everything.

Good Friday isn’t loud. It doesn’t demand attention. It just sits heavy… sacred… reminding us what love actually looks like when it costs something.

It’s the day love was proven, not just promised.

A day where pain, betrayal, and suffering could have been the end of the story…
but instead became the beginning of redemption.

It’s hard to fully grasp a love that chooses the cross.
A love that stays.
A love that gives everything… knowing exactly what it would cost.

And yet, that’s the kind of love we’re covered in.

Today isn’t just about what happened.
It’s about what it means for us now.

That no matter where you’ve been…
no matter what you’re carrying…
you are not too far gone, too broken, or too late.

Because of today, hope didn’t die.
It was planted.

And Sunday is coming. 🤍

This month’s Peace Partnership newsletter is here, and at the heart of it is a powerful article written by Dr. Jon Thompson; When Faith Freezes: Rediscovering God After A Daughter’s Death.

Sometimes faith does not feel strong or steady. Sometimes it feels quiet, distant, or worn down by grief, disappointment, or uncertainty. Dr. Jon Thompson speaks so honestly to those moments and offers a message that feels both meaningful and deeply relatable.

If it speaks to you, we would be grateful if you shared it with someone who may need it too.

Read it here:

Jon Thompson reflects on a quiet, emotionally charged encounter with an elderly mother grieving the sudden loss of her only daughter. Through poetic imagery and deep psychological insight, the piece explores how grief reshapes the inner world moving not in straight lines, but in shifting, frozen lay...

Sometimes we think it takes something big to change a life.

A large gift.
A major grant.
A big moment.

But the truth is, that is not how most real impact happens.

It happens quietly.
Consistently.
Together.

That kind of change does not come from one moment.
It comes from steady support.

Right now, Peace Partnership is working to expand our space and hire more counselors so we can serve the more than 100 people currently on our waitlist.

And when you break it down, that kind of growth becomes more possible than people may think.

It could look like 250 people giving $20 a month.
Or 15 additional teams signing up for Sporting Clay.

Different ways to help.
Same mission.
Real impact.

Sometimes changing lives does not start with something huge.

Sometimes it starts with people simply showing up together.
