Happy 250th Birthday to the United States Marine Corps! 🎉

For two and a half centuries, the U.S. Marine Corps has been a symbol of honor, courage, and commitment. “From the Halls of Montezuma to the shores of Tripoli,” Marines have stood ready to defend our nation and uphold the values we hold dear.


Today, we honor the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve in the Marine Corps. Your dedication and sacrifice inspire us all. Semper Fidelis!

Earlier this week, we held a Veterans Day event where we had the privilege of paying tribute to those who are serving and have served our nation. We were honored to welcome three World War II veterans, whose commitment and selfless service continue to be a source of inspiration. We also celebrated our employee veterans.

A heartfelt thank-you to Valor Partners Foundation and Sean Winn from Patriot Features for moderating an inspiring conversation with three extraordinary World War II heroes — Ray Shockley, Charles Staubus and Bill Casassa.

It was a true privilege to hear directly from members of the Greatest Generation and to share their incredible stories with the G.E.H.A. employee community.
Events like this remind us to continually support and celebrate our veterans, not only on Nov. 11, but every day.

At G.E.H.A, we're proud of our postal heritage and the innovative ways mail has been delivered throughout history for over 250 years. Did you know that in 1922, a handcrafted dogsled made of hickory wood, moose hide, and iron was used to deliver mail in Alaska?

These incredible teams connected remote communities, carrying up to 500 pounds of mail across 160-mile routes. It's a testament to the dedication of postal workers who braved extreme conditions to serve others.
