☀️ UV Protection Month: Stay Sun Safe! ☀️

To all of our members, stay sun smart this summer. Whether you’re on the job or off the clock getting your steps in and enjoying the outdoors, it’s important to protect yourself from the sun’s rays. Here are a few tips for UV Protection Month to help you make the most of the season safely:

🧴 Apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 before heading outdoors—and reapply every two hours!
👒 Wear a wide-brimmed hat to protect your face, ears, and neck from harmful rays.
🕶️ Put on UV-blocking sunglasses to shield your eyes from the sun’s glare.
👚 Choose protective clothing like lightweight long sleeves to cover exposed skin.
⏰ Seek shade between 10 AM and 4 PM, when the sun’s rays are strongest.
💧 Stay hydrated—bring water and take breaks to cool off.
