College Soccer Player's Experience with Bunion Correction Surgery
College soccer player Carly Hummell had struggled with bunion pain for years, particularly during games. When conservative treatments such as toe spacers and wider footwear failed to provide relief, Dr. Foster, an experienced bunion podiatrist, recommended a minimally invasive bunion correction surgery. Just nine weeks after the procedure, Carly was back in the gym, continuing her soccer training. "Recovery so far is going really smoothly. I've been working with my athletic trainer to get strength back in my foot. I'm participating in weights again, and I'm even close to being able to run again." https://www.joelfosterdpm.com/library/college-soccer-players-experience-with-bunion-correction-surgery.cfm
If you’ve been told you need bunion surgery but worry about scars, hardware, or long recoveries — there’s a better way.
Our minimally invasive bunion correction technique uses only three tiny poke holes to realign your foot — no permanent screws or pins, and you can walk right away!

Have you been wanting to get a new pair of custom foot orthotics? Do you want to get that ingrown nail fixed once and for all? How about a foot evaluation for that annoying foot pain?
2026 is just around the corner, and if you have FSA or HSA money available now is the perfect opportunity to put it to use before the year ends!
Do you suffer from flat feet, chronic ankle pain, or tired legs after walking or standing?
You might have a misaligned foot structure — and that can affect your entire body’s balance.
At my office, I use a minimally invasive procedure called HyProCure to correct this alignment and provide long-term relief.
It’s a small implant that can make a big difference in how you move and feel.
If you’ve ever experienced sharp heel pain, especially with your first steps in the morning or after a long period of sitting, you might be dealing with plantar fasciitis. This common foot condition can make walking and daily activities difficult. So, how can you tell if plantar fasciitis is the cause of your foot pain?
Because even small changes in your feet can signal big problems if left unchecked. A simple foot exam can help prevent ulcers, infections, and even amputations.
Early detection = protection. 💪
