I'm so excited for my girl Angi. This has been in the making for a long time. As you all know, I displayed her amazing oil products. Now, there is a location for her amazing custom tea and oils to go and enjoy. Along with her products is the cupcake bakery on there as well, which I'm so excited to try. CONGRATS ANGI!!! Now everyone go try it when the Grand Opening happens.

RIP Erik.

I'm so glad I was able to train with you in OKC. You are truly an amazing educator and person. I learned some techniques that made a huge impact in my treatment sessions that greatly improve the quality of life in my clients, and me because your goal was to be a therapist that used the entire body and not muscle through it. Love and prayers are going to your family at this time.

Clients ask frequently if massage is good for their kids in sports???

The answer is yes!!

These days, the way kids train is not the way we did in the past when we worked and stretched out for 30 mins before practice even started!! So it's important that they have a PT or some sort of recovery to help prevent injuries that could affect their college sponsorships from an athletic injury that could have been easily prevented.

Everyone always asks. What do you do for self care as a therapist?? Here are just some tools that I use personally.

I just got the urbnfit roller in the top left corner and love it and wonder why I didn't try it sooner. As a you're working anteriorly all day long. Even if you try and open up by door frame stretching, it just is always a constant struggle.

The bottom right is my forearm roller, which for ALL therapists should be using to combat the heavy workload put on our wrist and hands.
