Heather is a medical assistant primarily at Blue Parkway office location and often serves on our skin cancer surgery teams. We love her kind spirit, and her smile lights up a room!

The Outpacing Melanoma 5K is fast approaching on May 3, 2026.

We run in support of the many patients and families who have been affected by the diagnosis of melanoma. This 5K fun run raises money to support melanoma research and help fund the Melanoma Survivorship Clinic at The University of Kansas Cancer Center. 👏

1. Examine your body, front and back in a full-length mirror. Look at both left and right sides with arms raised.
2. Look at your underarms, forearms and palms.
3. Look at front and back of your legs, between your toes and the soles of your feet.
4. Use a hand mirror to examine neck, scalp, back.

🥶It may be cold but the sun is still shining! ☀️ We’re all bundled up, and we’re protecting any exposed skin with SPF! Today was our first time putting Neutrogena UV mineral tint face liquid to the test. We like how smoothly it goes on, providing mineral protection with no white cast!
