Savannah Freemyer, L.M.T., I.W.L.C.
📷Defining wellness as wholeness and balance in all four systems: Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual, Savannah has made it her passion to create an integrated approach to serving others in their healing journeys. She received her Associates in Occupational Studies in Therapeutic Massage Therapy from Heritage College. She is the business owner of Rainstone Massage and Bodywork, specializing in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Raindrop Technique ™, and Hot Stones. She also offers Reiki Therapy and is a Level III Usui Reiki practitioner. With these practices, Savannah discovered a talent for encouraging and seeing patterns in others. She gravitated toward the life coaching field and graduated from the Integrative Wellness Academy adding Integrative Wellness and Life Coach to her skill set. To weave everything together, her love for yoga grew from a much-needed hobby to profession and received 200RYT hours through The Zen Zone’s yoga teacher training program. She includes other elements into her practice including Young Living therapeutic-grade essential oils, H**pWorx CBD-rich H**p Oil products, guided meditations, and healing intention cards to create a unique and customized plan for her clients.
She sees her past obstacles not as something to hide or regret, but as opportunities for growth. Being a nature lover and drawing from metaphors of the Earth, she believes finding ourselves in dark places not as a site of burial, but that we have been planted. She strongly believes that with self-care, self-awareness, and an openness to connect with ourselves and others is the key to healing. Life is meant to be lived with freedom from our limiting beliefs and come from a place of authenticity. Savannah encourages those around her to fully express themselves from a place of non-judgment.
