I learned yesterday that KC lost a foundational pillar of its yoga community. Patricia Gray passed peacefully in the morning hours.

We have all been touched by her teachings in some way or another. Whether we knew her for her teaching, or her well developed sense of humor, our lives are better for having ng known her.

Towards the end, when her husband asked if she had any message she wished us to all get from her, she said this; 'Go out into nature and enjoy it'.

So in the next few days, notice the world and spare a thought for all of us who are touched by her loss.
