New Beginnings Massage I wanted to start my own business to show my children that no matter what age you get started in life, you can always improve your life.

I offer Swedish (light relaxing pressure) soothes nerves. Deep Tissue (deep pressure) gets tight muscles to relax, Trigger Point ( point pressure) for tender spots and won't relax. Maternity Massage, Geriatric Massage, Sports Massage (pre-event and post-event) Lots of stretching. Hot stone and cold stone therapy. Frozen shoulder, cronic headache, low back pain therapy. I work closely with Physicians, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, and nutritionist, Spiritual Council. Holistic wellness is the main goal in my practice.
