How will you be mindful during our Fall Break?
🍂 Fall themed ideas below!
Classes are canceled this week as I tend to my hypermobile neck with a regenerative medicine treatment.

Try These 4 Mindful, Centering Practices to Reset:
🍁If you’re in a cooler area with changing foliage step into the outdoors for a walk or some fresh air. Notice a color you see on every exhale.
🌬️ Pause to notice 10 exhales. You’re already exhaling, just pause to notice! What are the sounds you hear with you in the present moment?
🎶 Find a new song to cue your relaxation response. I keep a Calming playlist to turn on when I want to relax or when traffic is stressing me out. Link sound with your choice to relax.
🛏️ Place your hands, or a small pillow or stuffed animal, on your belly and breathe deeply to fall asleep. Long exhales help us shift into a relaxed state.
