Uhrik relocated to Lake County and joined the Lake Square Chiropractic Center in September of 2015. Both Dr. Dark and Dr. Uhrik graduated with Doctor of Chiropractic degrees from National University of Health Sciences (formerly National Chiropractic College) located in Lom

bard, Illinois. Dr. Uhrik graduated with a Master's in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from University of Western States in 2016. Dr. Dark is a board certified acupuncturist specializing in musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Uhrik has completed over 300 hours of acupuncture training specializing in musculoskeletal conditions and cosmetic acupuncture. Dr. Uhrik is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute, offering golf screenings to identify the sixteen most common swing flaws. He is also trained in kinesiotaping, dry needling, cupping, and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization). Lake Square Chiropractic Center offers two locations to better serve our patients. We are at our Leesburg location Monday, Wednesday, Friday and every other Saturday. We serve Lady Lake, The Villages and surrounding areas on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our satellite office located at 712 S.
