Open Registration starts Tuesday, March 10 at 8:30am.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫
Now is a good time to review your PRCS household account. PRCS Connect is our online registration system and is the best way to sign up for camps. Our online registration system is located at loudoun.gov/PRCSConnect.

Before your camp registration date, new households should create an account, and existing households should ensure they can login. Make sure to check your child(ren) is included in your household with the proper birth date and your primary email address and cell phone number are correct. Visit loudoun.gov/PRCSConnect or contact PRCS if you need help at 703-777-0343.

𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭!
Starting with Summer Camps in 2026, PRCS will implement an automated waitlist system through PRCS Connect to streamline our waitlist for some programs.* If an opening becomes available in a PRCS waitlisted program, the first individual on the waitlist will receive an email notification from loudounctyprcs@rectrac.com regarding their enrollment offer to register. You will need to log on to your PRCS Connect account to accept or reject enrollment. If the enrollment offer is not accepted or rejected within 36 hours of receiving the email, it will automatically be considered a rejection, and the individual will be removed from the waitlist, and the next eligible person on the waitlist will be contacted.

𝐏𝐑𝐂𝐒 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦
If PRCS starts to receive a high volume of users during the first weeks of registration, we may implement a Virtual Waiting Room for our PRCS Connect customers. Once you have entered the Virtual Waiting Room, you will retain your place in line. Rest assured that you keep your place in the Waiting Room line even if your phone goes to sleep, you lose your internet connection, or you close the Virtual Waiting Room page. When you return to the page, you will see your updated progress in the line.

𝐞𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐓 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬
PRCS uses ePACT to acquire documents for our camp programs. Our licensed and full-day camps may require additional documents. This essential documentation needs to be completed by the parents and guardians before a child can attend those camps. Once you have enrolled your child in a camp, you will receive an email from Loudoun PRCS via member.support@epactnetwork.com.

For more information on Adaptive Recreation Camp, Daze & Fest Summer Camps, and camps at PRCS Recreation and Community Centers and Parks, please visit loudoun.gov/Camps or view our FAQs page at loudoun.gov/CampFAQs.

*The PRCS automated waitlist notifications support all programs except CASA, YAS, preschool, child care, senior trips, and adaptive recreation camps.

The Loudoun County Art Advisory Committee and the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) will present Virginia's Hikes, Vineyards, and Local Scenery, a watercolor exhibition by artist Eva Kay McKinley.

Rooted in the rolling countryside meadows, sunlit vineyards, and hikes with a view, Eva Kay McKinley creates artwork of scenes from Loudoun County. McKinley is an artist who captures beautiful observations of a place. Many of the scenes may cause the viewer to feel a sense of familiarity and calm, almost as though they have been there before. And in this case, they may have been in that exact spot.

McKinley, a Virginia high school student, is in love with capturing the peace and stillness found in nature. She has travelled through nearly half of the U.S. National Parks and visited over 25 countries. While she enjoys capturing scenes from her travels, she finds so much joy in painting the beautiful landscapes of Loudoun County. She loves to use her art to encourage people to spend more time outdoors in nature.

Virginia's Hikes, Vineyards, and Local Scenery will be on display from March 3, 2026, through March 27, 2026, at Gallery One, located in the lobby of the Loudoun County Government Center, 1 Harrison Street SE in Leesburg. The public is invited to view the work Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

About the Art Advisory Committee

The Loudoun County Art Advisory Committee, appointed by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, is dedicated to promoting local artists and preserving the County’s art collection.

For more information about the committee and its initiatives, please visit the Loudoun County Art Advisory Committee website. Any questions about the show or reception, please contact 703-777-0343.
