Please join us in welcoming Annie Flounlacker, RN, to the Prejuvenation team!

With over 9 years of experience in pediatric critical care, Annie brings a level of precision, calmness, and attention to detail that translates beautifully into aesthetics. She earned her BSN from George Mason University, where she served as President of the Student Nursing Association and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau in recognition of her academic excellence.

After years in the ICU, Annie transitioned into aesthetics in 2025, combining her clinical expertise with her passion for skincare and treatment outcomes. She believes in thoughtful, personalized care and is dedicated to helping each patient feel confident in their own skin.

Outside of work, Annie enjoys time with her husband, son, and their crew of 2 cats and 2 dogs. A lifelong Northern Virginia native, she calls Leesburg home.

You may have noticed a new face around the office and we’re so excited to officially introduce her!

Help us welcome Erika Ikhide as our Patient Experience Coordinator!

Erika has been part of the health and aesthetics industry since 2021, beginning her career in the fitness and wellness space. Over time, she developed a passion for aesthetics, patient care, and the operational side of the industry, allowing her to bridge the gap between hands-on experience and high-level practice support.
She is dedicated to creating smooth, organized systems behind the scenes while ensuring every patient feels comfortable, confident, and truly understood. Erika believes that exceptional experiences come from strong teamwork, thoughtful communication, and a shared commitment to patient care.
A Reston, Virginia native, Erika loves being part of the Northern Virginia community. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, caring for her chameleon Camo, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
