Last night Caroline and Hilary received their Loudoun’s Favorite Awards. Hilary is Loudoun’s Favorite Midwife 10 years running! Just missing Loudoun’s other Favorite Midwife Heather.

I'm making a rare in-person appearance at Easy Day Yoga !!!

We are so excited to welcome this new month with our FREE First Friday Flow — a gift from our hearts to yours.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It can be received lying on back or stomach. (And for mommas-to-be, laying on side or on my inclined esthetician chair.)

Happy July! As we spend more time outside in the sun, gentle reminder to always put on your sunscreen. It is much easier to prevent sun damage than to try to reverse it after the damage is done. Most UV damage occurs from birth to 18 years then decades later it shows up on our skin. For kids (and even adults), wearing UV protective long-sleeve shirts/swimwear and hats can help with sun exposure. Protect yourself and your family from sun damage and potential skin cancer by wearing at least SPF 30 this summer. Check out my July newsletter for a list of my favorite Sunscreens!
