Breathing is very limited when one is laid flat on their chest against the ground and someone is sitting on their back. For inhalation of oxygen we need chest expansion and diaphragm has to push abdominal organs down and out. Both these mechanisms are effected in above mentioned scenario. What I learned in this one year about COVID19 spread prevention that other then vaccine mask is way superior than other measures. Health system was the only fully open sector in the whole world and people working in this sector are high risk in-terms of exposure, but still did very well only because they really wore their masks. Healthcare workers not only saved lives, but kept their jobs as well. Looking backward there was and there is no need to close any business as long mask mandate stays effective.
