Our clinic will remain closed through Thursday due to the ice on our roadways. All speech sessions are available through teletherapy, please reach out to your therapist if you have any questions.

We are closing at noon today and will be closed all day on Wednesday due to snow accumulation. We will return with normal business hours on Thursday.

All teletherapy appointments are still scheduled like normal. If you would like to switch your office appointment to a teletherapy session for either today or Wednesday, please reach out to your therapist or contact the office before noon today at 229-496-5222.

We had the cast of Inside Out at the Albany office today! We loved getting to see everyone’s costumes during therapy and hope everyone has a great time trick or treating tonight! 🎃

You will receive your normal text notifications for Monday sessions including updates about continuing closures due to power outages or damage to the area. Please make sure that if you do not receive text reminders from our office, that you either re-enroll through your patient dashboard or contact our office in the morning for assistance. 229-496-5222

Our Albany Clinic will be closed on 8/5/24 due to the weather and all in person services have been cancelled. We will resume our normal schedule on Tuesday.

The weather is getting hotter, and at TherapyWorks Pediatric Center, we want to make sure everyone stays safe while having fun in the sun! Here are some helpful tips to keep your kids cool and healthy as the temperature rises:

💦 Stay Hydrated: Encourage your child to drink water throughout the day, especially when playing outside.

🌳 Seek Shade: Find cool spots under trees or bring an umbrella to provide shade during outdoor activities.

☀️ Wear Sunscreen: Apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 before going outside, and reapply every two hours.

🧢 Dress Appropriately: Choose light-colored, breathable clothing and hats to protect from the sun.

⏰ Take Breaks: Schedule indoor activities during the hottest parts of the day, typically between 10 AM and 4 PM.
