Medical assistant, M- Th 9:00-5:00.
Position is ideal for an experienced healthcare worker who is looking for a relaxed, friendly working environment. (X-ray certification is a plus) Hourly wage based on experience. Responsibilities include patient intake, excellent phone skills, chart documentation with Athena EMR, sterilization of equipment, maintaining exam rooms and supplies, scheduling follow up appointments and working directly with Dr. Watkins.

SHELTERS: Residents needing help getting to a shelter should call the Citizens Information Line to schedule travel. LakeXpress, Lake County’s fixed-route bus system, will provide free rides on Wednesday to travelers who state they need to be taken to a shelter. Free rides will continue until conditions become unsafe. Riders must tell the driver they are going to a shelter to use the free ride.
