37 years ago today Dr. Z graduated boot camp. He sprained his ankle at the beginning of boot camp and saw a Navy podiatrist and got his ankle fixed up. That was the first time he had ever seen or heard of a podiatrist!

This is a great YouTube channel for lots of things, and this video on plantar fascitis is worth watching. But he did leave out the part about skechers being the cause of almost half of all our patient’s foot pains (especially the slip ons)!

It's a sad day at Zimmermann Podiatry as we say goodbye to our very old X-Ray machine 😢. It's been around since probably 1981, so we say goodbye to it with the AC/DC song For Those About To Rock, also from 1981. They say we will love our new digital X-ray, but we kind of like the old school stuff.
