Dr. Phipps has changed locations!

We are happy to announce Catoctin Foot and Ankle Center is now open and accepting new patients!

Dr. Phipps is no longer with LMG and is in the process of partnering with Privia Medical Group and recredentialing with all insurance companies. The official GO LIVE date for accepting all insurances is MARCH 19, 2024.

Until then, in an effort to make things easier and more cost effective for patients, we will be billing flat self-pay rates of $100 for all existing patients and $200 for all new patients. No matter the problem or the amount of treatments performed which ends up saving the patients money in the end. (If you have out of network benefits then those can be billed.)

We have a new update!

Dr. Phipps is reopening Catoctin Foot and Ankle Center and moving to his own office space in January!

He will be located in Lansdowne at 19450 Deerfield Ave, Suite 335.

We will begin seeing patients on January 9th, 2024.

Due to the COVID-19 concerns, we want to assure everyone about how we sanitize our office and what measures have been put in place to ensure your safety as well as ours!

⚠️ All rooms are wiped down fully on every surface between every patient with disinfectant

⚠️All instruments are sterilized thoroughly

⚠️ The reception area and clipboards/pens for office paperwork are thoroughly disinfected between each use

⚠️ The waiting room is wiped down and disinfected through out the day

⚠️ We have worked with our partnering doctors in the same suite to limit the amount of doctors seeing patients at the same time, which in turn ensures the waiting room will not be at full
capacity so that you may properly social distance yourself

⚠️ Staff is washing their hands thoroughly between each patient with antibacterial soap

⚠️ We are screening for appointments and ask each and every patient if you have had a cough, fever, or any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last two weeks and/or been exposed to anyone with symptoms that you call back in two weeks to reschedule your appointment

In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, we wanted to let our patients know we are still open and operating! That being said, there have been a few changes we would like to inform you of:

• We are open seeing patients Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30-12:00PM in our Cornwall street location and Tuesday 7:30-12:00PM in our Lansdowne location.

• Our office is available for phone appointments for established patients being followed for an issue that does not require a physical exam (follow ups, medication management etc...) please call to schedule yours today.

• Our phones are on Monday- Friday from 7:30 AM-4:00 PM with the exception of lunch between the hours of 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM.

• We are accepting new patients

Great Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends. Grateful for the Petersons and Middletons. Now Frozen 2 with my girls! Love them so much, my heart is full.
