Dr. Vigliante graduated Valedictorian from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1997. In dental school, he served in many capacities, including dental class president. Following dental school, he received his M.D. at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 2000. In 2003, he completed
his surgical training in general surgery and oral/maxillofacial surgery at the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia. He completed a cosmetic surgery fellowship in Dallas, Texas in 2006. Following residency, Dr. Vigliante also practiced in an energetic oral/maxillofacial surgery group practice in Richmond, Virginia, focusing on dental implants and cosmetic facial surgery. He decided to start his own practice in Lansdowne, Virginia in 2006. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Vigliante has a keen interest in immediate dental implant placement and immediate dental implant loading. He prefers to practice cosmetic implant dentistry, preserving bone and soft tissue whenever possible. He is an advocate of “Tooth in a Day” procedures and has perfected techniques to provide this service as a predictable treatment protocol leading to many satisfied, happy patients. Dr. Vigliante is a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and Northern Virginia Dental Society. He also is CPR and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certified. He is on the medical staff at INOVA Loudoun Hospital and practices the full-scope of oral/maxillofacial surgery. He and his wife Susan are the proud parents of 17 year old twin daughters Olivia and Vivien.
