I used to roll my eyes at quotes like that… because honestly?

I was too exhausted to enjoy anything.

Chronic fatigue. Inflammation. Constant burnout.

My body felt like it was running on 1% battery no matter how “healthy” I tried to be. And the worst part? I thought this was just going to be my new normal.

Until I started supporting my body at the cellular level not just with more caffeine, more willpower, or more restriction.

NAD+ + Glutathione changed the game..

The energy. The clarity. The resilience.

The ability to actually live again, not just survive.

I’m still the girl who trains hard, eats protein, and lifts heavy but now I’m also the girl who can hop on a flight, try new food, sip a cocktail, laugh too loud, and actually enjoy the damn moment… because my body finally has the capacity to keep up.

Life isn’t meant to be micromanaged into misery.
