Dinner didn’t require a spreadsheet tonight.

It just took one pan, 30 minutes, and food I already had.

Here’s what I made (without a single complaint):
🍗 1 chicken breast
🥩 ½ lb ground beef
🥬 1 bunch Swiss chard
🍚 2 cups jasmine rice
✨ Seasoned with garlic, cayenne, red pepper, and “I need this to be done by 6:30.”

No 3-part marinades.
No extra dishes.
No staring into the fridge wondering how I’m supposed to eat like an adult and feed everyone else too.
