Let me say this first…

Being a nutrition coach does not mean I’m eating pretty salads, cooking fresh meals every day, or loving every bite of food.

I work a 9–5.

I have meetings

I forget to eat sometimes

And if lunch isn’t easy and filling, it just doesn’t happen.
Especially if you’re on a GLP-1, lunch matters more than you think.

So this is what I actually eat:

Protein-forward, boring-on-purpose meals that do their job.

Think:
– chicken meatballs
– ground beef
– potatoes
– rice
– frozen or sheet-pan veggies

Nothing fancy.

Nothing aesthetic.

Just meals that keep me full, protect muscle, and prevent that “why do I feel weak and exhausted?” moment later in the day.

Because here’s the thing no one tells you about GLP-1s:

When you know something has to shift…

Let me say this clearly:

If you’re over 35 and your body isn’t responding the way it used to… you’re not broken.

Most of the women I talk to are doing everything they’ve been told to do lifting, tracking macros, eating “clean,” trying to sleep more but are still feeling stuck, inflamed, tired, or frustrated by how hard fat loss has become.

That’s not a willpower issue.

It’s a physiology shift.
