My heart is so full of gratitude for everyone who came out to celebrate the opening of my new holistic center in Ashburn yesterday! I enjoyed welcoming clients, friends, family, and the community into a space I’ve been dreaming of for quite some time. I look forward to all the wonderful healing work and events to come!

Thank you to DeeDee Zubal for providing intuitive readings and Meg O'Hara for giving tarot readings. Everyone walked out of their readings with rave reviews and requests for regular scheduling of sessions like this.

Zero Limit Lifestyle did a great job on my T-shirts! Edwin Santa was awesome to work with n moving my massage table and cabinet to the new space. And many thanks to Ge**er Rivera for painting the space. It looks amazing! Tina Miller came through in a pinch with my stickers for goodie bags.

One month until I open the doors of Valo in Ashburn! It was so exciting to move some things in today.

New floors are installed, painting starts tomorrow, and I have a mile long list of things to get done. But, I’m doing them all with a grateful heart filled with joy for the ability to make this dream a reality for all of us.

There is something sacred about the moments of stillness we co-create in the treatment room. The quiet settling of breath. The softening of the nervous system. The simple but profound connection that happens when someone feels safe enough to rest on my table.

One of my clients and I often spend our sessions talking about art, philosophy, books, mindfulness, and our families. This week, we found ourselves circling around the importance of making time for stillness - why it matters, how we make time, and the practices we use to return to presence in our bodies.

At the end of his session, he thanked me for helping him find stillness again. His words stayed with me long after he left, and I felt incredibly moved. (I definitely had a little cry. 🥹) Moments like these remind me exactly why I created Valo, a holistic space for bodywork, energy healing, and the nurturing of the spirit.

Valo is a place to pause. To breathe. To reconnect.

🎉 Exciting news! 🎉 VALO is moving to Ashburn in January!

Soon we will have a beautiful healing space for massage, energy healing, group meditation & sound bath sessions, and workshops hosted by practitioners in our community.
