751 Years ago God willed a vision on July 16th, 1251, to St Simon Stock on Mt. Carmel. It was Our Lady giving him the Scapular which is the visible sign of her clothing her children. This was profoundly celebrated with those newly received and Wilfredo's Final Profession and our renewals of our own professions.

Blessings to all my Carmelite brothers and sisters near and far in celebration of July 16th, the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel with Fr Peter Puntal, Fr Gohring. Congratulations to newly received members, Maria, Pat & Mary Ann and to Wilfredo who made his Final Profession. Happy Birthday to our Carmelite sisters Maria, Carmel and our good friend Justin R.

Monday June 20th 7-8:39 The community of SJV and Orlando united as one in prayer to honor Orlando Pulse victims, 2 yr old Lance Graves, their families, friends and our communities who have are mourning the loss of a child.

Pope Francis declared a year of mercy inviting all to open the doors of mercy to cross the threshold into a new life. Bishop Noonan declared the 2. bronze center doors to be opened on Dec 13th to welcome people of all nations. Our Teresian Renew/Quest Group #13 traveled together to The Basilica of Mary Queen of the Universe on Monday Dec.14th.
