We are currently hiring for the following paid opportunities:
✅ Paid Disability Support Intern / Seasonal Program Assistant
Great for students interested in special education, psychology, ABA, human services, social work, OT, speech-language pathology, recreation therapy, disability services, or related fields.
✅ Paid Finance & Bookkeeping Intern / Business Operations Intern
Great for students interested in accounting, finance, business administration, healthcare administration, nonprofit operations, bookkeeping, or business management.
✅ Paid Compliance & Quality Improvement Intern / DBHDS Audit Support Intern
Great for students interested in healthcare administration, public health, human services, compliance, quality improvement, nonprofit management, social work, psychology, or disability services administration.
✅ Program Assistant / Program Lead Trainee
This is a regular paid role with growth potential for someone who wants to build a career in disability services leadership. This position is designed as a pathway toward Program Lead, Program Manager, or Operations Manager responsibilities for the right person.
At PosAbilities Center, our team supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through structured, person-centered programming focused on independence, communication, life skills, social engagement, vocational readiness, recreation, and community participation.

Paid internship opportunities start at $18/hour, with select business operations and compliance roles starting at $20/hour based on responsibilities and experience.
